Time Picker 2.0

This script allows your visitors to select a certain time value from a dhtml window in order to fill in a text area from a form.
Look and Feel
· Clean and elegant look.
· Fully customisable with a separate CSS file.
· Selected time is highlighted.
· SELECT tags are covered better than previous version.
· Smart adjustment of Timepicker to the left or top if it goes outside browser client area.
· Lesser graphics enable faster refresh rate and loading time
User Friendliness
· Tooltip to let user know which part of Timepicker.
· Close the Timepicker simply by pressing "ESC" key or clicking on the "Close" button.
· Smart algorithm to format the user raw input into standard date format "h:mm ampm".
· Toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour mode.
Designer Friendliness
· Choose to display the Timepicker with relative or absolute coordinates. Combined code for in-page Timepicker and popup Timepicker.
· Separate CSS files for easier customisation.
· Separate language files so users does not need to download languages which they do not need to use at all.
· Prefix of "sstp_" for all global variables and functions so as to reduce conflicts with other scripts to the minimum.
